So I just recently bought Sony Vegas: Movie Studio 9 and when I opened it the time line is at the bottom and the explorer and preview window are at the top. In Vegas 7, the time line is at the top and the other two are at the bottom. So is there anyway to change it so the layout matches Vegas 7?

Will Windows Phone 7 Beat iPhone or Nexus?

Find out the leaked demo of microsoft windows mobile phone 7. Download latest windows phone 7 applications, games, videos and softwares.

Download Windows Phone 7 apps at http://www.WindowsMobile7.info

Microsoft fired its latest shot on Monday(02-15-1010) against competitors like Apple and Google in the battle for the cell phone software market. Windows Phone 7 Series, unveiled at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, will be on phones by the end of the year and is a complete rewrite of the Windows Mobile operating system. Windows Phone 7 Series is the successor to Microsoft’s line of Windows Mobile phone operating systems.

The visual and underlying differences in the operating system are almost too numerous to mention, including a completely (and we do mean completely) upended user interface, an emphasis on finger-based touchscreen input, deep social networking integration, fully branded and expansive Zune and Xbox components, and extremely strict hardware requirements for partners. A couple familiar touchstones from the past include plans for Outlook and Office support, as well as licensing to a wide variety of third party hardware vendors — despite the name change, Microsoft still isn’t building any phones itself.

Part of what makes Windows Phone 7 Series a departure for Microsoft is that the company is taking a much bigger role in dictating what hardware is allowed to run the OS. While we still haven’t seen an actual device produced by a manufacturer for retail (the demo unit being shown off is a prototype slab allegedly made by Garmin-Asus, but not a device that might ever come to market), Microsoft has a very clear picture of what they want these units to be built like. Still, while the company is laying down the ground rules in an attempt to create a more consistent experience across phones, it doesn’t mean there won’t be variety. You’ll see variation in devices (yes, some with and some without a keyboard), but there will be a much more steady tone in the nature of Windows Phone 7 Series handsets. Here’s a look at some of the minimum specs detailed to us thus far:
Large WVGA screen with a single aspect ratio (which means BlackBerry-style devices won’t be readily available to begin with)
Five specific hardware buttons required: Start, back, search (a dedicated Bing button), camera button, and power — no more, no less
    Capacitive multitouch
CPU and GPU requirements (beginning with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon as the go-to processor)
    WiFi
    AGPS
    Accelerometer
    FM radio
    High resolution camera
As we said, Microsoft is showing the OS off on unbranded prototype hardware. It’s a simplistic slate phone with a 3.7-inch capacitive touchscreen, what appears to be a front-facing camera (a point we haven’t heard the company sound off on yet)… and not much else. We still have plenty of unanswered questions on hardware, not just about that camera, but storage specs, whether or not we’ll be able to use microSD or some form of removable storage, and how we’ll go about connecting these devices to our laptops.

Microsoft Company officially issued Windows Phone 7 system in the MWC this year; Steve Ballmer expressed the terminal product carrying Windows Phone 7 will be come out in some holiday this year. More views are the fourth quarter or delay to the next year. However, these views may not be accepted by the media. According to the existing situation, all the big manufactures will not permit WM7 system products delay to be on the market in such late time.

After Motorola announced to publish WM7 mobile phone in this May, LG Company also expressed a few days ago that the company will release smart phones with Windows Phone 7 system between August and September this year.

In January this year, when Windows Phone 7 system’s news spread, it once came out news that LG Company will publish a smart phone called Apollo carrying Windows Phone 7 system. And right now, obviously, LG Company further ensured the fact that it will release WM7 platform smart phone. It is reported that the phone will be custom-made pushed by the carrier Verizon and Sprint, furthermore, the previous disclosure Apollo mobile phone will be equipped with 3.8 inch with high pixel of 1280×720 capacitive. Besides, it is a touch screen phone even supporting multi-touch screen, built-in 1GB ROM and 1GB RAM, and support Micro SD card maximum expansion to 32GB.

The body of Apollo built in 10 mega pixel camera, supporting recording 720P high definition video. The phones’ dimensions/W x D x H is 115×57.5×11.2mm. It is designed into slim. It supports HSDPA3G networking and WIFI, equipped with 1400mAh battery, theoretically, with 7 hours and a half talking time, 288 hours standby time, 4 hours and a half networking use, 6 hours and a half WIFI networking use, 10 hours video playing and 30 hours audio playing. From the disclosure specifications, this product is super strong, but whether it can be a smart phone finally carrying Windows Phone 7 system is not confirmed ultimately right now. Nevertheless, it believes big companies such as HTC, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, Dell, Asus, Toshiba, HP and Garmin will also get some actions.

As a professional complete cellphone drop shipper, cellphone-china.com has released a wide selection of windows mobile phones. Although cellphone-china.com does not bring in smart phones carrying Windows Phone 7 systems, cellphone-china.com is a company keeping pace with the time, it is sure cellphone-china.com will release quality WM7 phones soon.

The question of the day is how to recover your Windows account password when you forget it and which software tool from the web can help you with the problem. There are few tools that handle this situation, however most of them don’t use any customer support and usually are very complicated to use, even for computer experts. From the long list of tools there is a software package that stands out and today we are going to give a short overview of this tool.

The software we are going to review resets your administrator password on any Windows platform (Windows Vista, Windows XP, NT, 2000, Windows 7). High level computer knowledge is not a must in order to complete recovery on your account password using this software. The tool that will help you gain access to your account after you have lost your password is called Password Resetter.

In the first step, you have to download and install the software to your hard disk. Next, when the first step is complete, you should start the software, this way the tool creates automatically bootable USB or CD, and therefore you don’t need to use any other tools for burning the disk or creating bootable CD. Sit back and enjoy while the CD, that you are going to use to reset your password, is prepared. When the CD is ready, restart your computer so the resetting of the Windows Password can start.

The program will find all the user accounts on your system and you can choose which one you want to reset. As soon as you choose the user, the tool will start resetting the password of this user. Usually you don’t have to click anything, just to wait the process to end. As soon as the process successfully ended you will receive a prompt that will instruct you to reset your computer. Reset your PC and now you are able to enter the account without entering any password.

Finally, this software is quite straight forward and includes great tutorial to help you in details with all the steps I described above. It is safe and does not harm any of the files you have saved in your computer.

Check more reviews and videos for this tool and learn how to reset your Windows password on: http://www.passwordresetter.com

    f. When you’re done with the BIOS setup program, using the tab and/or arrow keys to navigate to the EXIT menu, select the option for saving the changes you just made, and then reboot. (In many BIOSes, a special key–often the F10 key–will save, exit, and reboot in one step.) . When your computer restarts, it will boot from the USB flash drive.

    3. When the USB Flash Drive boots, you’ll see Windows Password Key 8.0 initializing (see screen shot below). If so, you can continue to the next step.

    4. Choose the Windows installation to be processed:

    5. Choose the user whose password you want to reset by typing it’s number and pressing ‘ENTER’.

    6. Type ‘y’ followed by ‘ENTER’ to reset the password.

    7. After you confirm the resetting of the password. Windows Password Key 8.0 asks: ‘Reset password for another account? (y/n)’. Type ‘y’ to reset password for another account, or ‘n’ if you are finished and want to exit. Remove the Windows Password Key 8.0 bootable CD/DVD and restart your PC. Now you are able to log into your computer without a password!

  • What Should We Do When We Lost Windows Administrator Password

    The Truth 8:13 am on March 3, 2010 | 0 Permalink | Reply
    Tags: , , , , windows

What should we do if we lost windows password? Perhaps we could ask an administrator to recover windows password. But if you are the administrator, and you do not remember the administrator password. The problem is a little complicated and probably difficult to recover administrator password again. Before formatting and reinstalling Windows on your computer, here are some ways you can try to log into the system to recover passwords for Windows.

1st: Try the Backdoor Password Administrator Login

    In Windows XP
not enabled by default (not Windows Vista as Administrator account is not enabled by default), there is a built-in administrator account that has administrator privileges by default, and protected without a password for your account, of which about access. If you do not change administrator password, then you try to log in Windows XP without entering a password.

2st: Take a break and try to remember a forgotten password

Sometimes a person is a bit strange. You do not get what is needed urgently. Thus, a cafe, a wink or even a few days, you notice that you suddenly ‘remember’ your Windows password.

3st: Recover administrator password from another user account with administrator credentials

If you can’t log on windows with a particular user, but you can have in another account with administrator credentials, follow these steps :

    1. Log in with an administrator account password that you’ve learned. You may have to start WinXP in safe mode.
    2. Click the Start button and select Run.
    3. In the Open box, type “Control userpasswords2, and then click OK.
    4. Click the user account, you forgot your password, then click Reset Password.
    5. Enter the new password in New Password and Confirm New Password, then click OK.

4st: Do-It-Yourself (DIY) third-party Windows Password Recovery Tool

There are a number of tools and utilities that are loaded and used to collect, reset or recover windows passwords. Password reset or restore utility services, free or paid, as a rule, the Linux boot diskette or CD-ROM, which is set to NT File System (NTFS) drivers and software for recording Play and record hashes is or can brute force crack password for all users, including administrators. The advantage is that there is no fear of leaking your password to outsiders and it is convenience for administrator password recovery, while the process requires physical access to the console and a floppy or CD drive, depending on which tool you choose. And it’s not easy, although it always work!

  • Have You Lost Your Windows Recovery/restore/installation Cd Disk And Wondering How To Fix Your Pc?

    The Truth 2:10 pm on March 2, 2010 | 0 Permalink | Reply
    Tags: , , Recovery/restore/installation, windows,

When you buy a new computer/laptop you would get a windows recovery disc to reinstall individual system files or Windows components if anything goes wrong. However chances are that you may lose the recovery disk. So, how would you correct an operating system error in case you have lost recovery disc?

Many PC vendors are not even providing recovery discs these days. Instead the recovery files are stored in a hidden partition on the hard drive, which makes it even harder to fix any errors if at all the hard drive crashes. And the only way to reinstall Windows on a replacement hard drive in this case, is to request a disk from original PC vendor. And most of the times the disk provided by PC vendor might be an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) version that will lack some features of a full version and are not eligible for upgrades.

Not providing OS installation disk is convenient for PC vendors and manufacturers but not for us - the PC users. Sometimes some errors can be fixed by just copying a single system file. If you put a recovery disk into your CD drive, it will want to reformat your hard drive and reinstall an image of your computer that is a replica of the way your system was on the day you bought it (factory settings). Any changes that you have made will be wiped out. All those programs you installed, all those Microsoft patches and updates, all of it will be gone. The same thing applies when you restore from one of those hidden partitions

But how do you restore your windows installation cd image from hidden partition??

Hopefully what that manufacturer has done is copy the Windows XP CD-ROM image to your hard disk. Hard disks are so big these days that doing so takes up very little room and has some advantages I’ll talk about in a second.

To find out if the CD-ROM image is on your machine, search for a folder named I386. There may be several but the one we care about will contain close to 7,000 files, two of which will be winnt.exe and winnt32.exe. The I386 directory is typically one of the top-level directories on the distribution CD-ROM but most importantly it is the directory that contains the distributed copy of Windows XP. Winnt.exe and winnt32.exe are the DOS and protected mode setup programs, respectively. (You’d only need those if you were planning to re-install Windows XP from scratch - I use them here as an easy way to identify that we have the right directory.) So now that you know you have the CD-ROM image, what if some later installation asks for the CD-ROM?

Not to worry, it’s actually pretty simple. Typically the “Insert CD” message has only an OK and Cancel button. Press OK, allowing it to fail. The next dialog will typically ask you to provide the location of the CD-ROM; just type in the full path of the I386 directory you discovered above.

That’s it. But it gets better. Windows remembers. Now that you’ve told Windows where your installation CD image is, it’ll remember that. The next time you’re in a situation that might require your installation CD, Windows will look there first; if it finds what it needs then it won’t bother to ask you for it.

Personally I find that pretty handy - so much so that even though I have my Windows CD I’ll also copy it to my hard disk and point Windows to that copy the first time it asks. Then I don’t have to think about it or insert the CD again. And this technique works for many other CD-ROM based products including Microsoft Office.
